Business Relations Representatives call on business owners and management to update BBB Reliability Reports. When a company meets BBB Accredited Business Standards, the business is invited to apply to become part of your BBB.
General responsibilities of Business Relations Representatives include developing leads, pre-qualifying businesses, contacting businesses, completing documentation for new BBB Accredited Businesses and following-up with public relations calls.
